Includes the paper triangle and straight rulers that are in very good condition, although there is some spotting resembling foxing at one corner on the back of the straight ruler. The top corner on the title page is creased. A handful of pages are poked on the edge and one edge is nicked (probably poked by a fingernail). There are a few spot-sized brownish stains on the last blank page. No writing or underlining. The cover has faded along the edge of the spine on both the front and back from sun exposure, and there are small surface tears on the back near the spine's edge that reveal the brown underlying layer. Still a good, usable copy. Oversized 9-1/8" x 11-1/4" hardcover with a spiral binding. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall.
