Double Your Success: Principles To Build A Multimillion-Dollar Business

Nearly 14 percent of working age Americans are either starting or running a business. 50 percent of those businesses will fail in five years or decline over 70 percent after ten years. Starting a company is no walk in the park—it takes confidence and heart, but most of all, it takes planning and understanding what exactly your business needs to succeed in its niche. The worst thing you can do when taking that leap to start a business is leaping “without a parachute.” Dr. Sterling L. Carter and Stephen Levi Carter, MBA, know this all too well, and in Double Your Success, they share their decades of experience and knowledge so that you can plan how to build your business every step of the way.

STEPHEN LEVI CARTER is a US Army veteran who served as a combat medic during Desert Storm. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA in change management and finance. As co-founder of Cartera Health, he oversees business strategy, acquisitions, and operational scaling across the company's portfolio of healthcare ventures.

STERLING CARTER, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist with over twenty years of clinical experience and a decorated US Army Major who served for more than twenty-five years. He co-founded Cartera Health, where he leads clinical operations and quality initiatives. He resides in Texas.
