In the last story of the Douglas the Rabbit Adventure Series, Douglas invites his friends to a celebration on the hill. Each animal brings a unique gift, and together they share an unexpected and magical moment. Before kids, I had a busy professional life as a lawyer, teacher, and caseworker. When we had our first child and moved overseas to Prague, I put that career on hold.
