The first print run was 1500 copies, followed by 500 copies in the second impression, and another 1000 for this third impression, all in the same month.
No dust jacket. Black cloth covers with yellow lettering to the spine, some faint marks and scuffs, small bump to one fore edge corner, securely bound, with a lean, faint area of marking to the fore edge of page block, previous owners bookplate neatly removed from pastedown, prelims with some heavy foxing, sporadic foxing thereafter, one page with a neatly repaired short closed tear. Good condition.
