About the Authors

Ralph Milne Farley was a pseudonym for Roger Sherman Hoar (April 8, 1887 - October 10, 1963), a US constitutional lawyer, politician, teacher, and author. Under his given name he wrote several books on taxes, patents, insurance, and law. Under the Farley name he published hundreds of short stories, novellas, poems, and essays in pulp magazines. He was best known for his Radio Man series.

Curtis Charles (C.C.) Senf (July 30, 1873 - April 24, 1949) was born in Prussia and emigrated to the U.S as a child with his family. After attending the Chicago Art Institute he embarked on a career as a graphic illustrator producing work for the Chicago advertising industry. Between 1927 and 1932 Senf drew hundreds of black and white interior illustrations and painted forty-five covers for Weird Tales magazine.
