Staplebound paperback, discontinuous page numbering by section, 8.5x11 inches, previous owner's first name written at upper right corner of front cover, some brackets and text corrections jotted in ink by a cadre. A working draft of the provisional program of the DWP, with corrections of typos, revised sentences, some underlining, bracketing, etc. The DWP was active in Bay Area community organizing in the 1970s, but ultimately collapsed due to cadre disatisfaction with what had become a cult of personality around Marlene Dixon.
