Dragons In The Sky (Wyvern Chronicles)

World War II rages across Europe, but on a remote U.S. military base hidden deep within the Rocky Mountains, a secret project is taking shape-one that will change the course of the war and history itself. Project Wyvern is a covert program designed to train soldiers to partner with dragons in aerial combat.

Captain Alex Carter, a skilled but haunted pilot, is chosen to lead the charge. When he meets Draco, a powerful dragon with a mysterious past, the two form a bond forged in fire and battle. Together, they face relentless Nazi forces, who have discovered their own dragons hidden in ancient caves. The race to control the skies escalates, with both sides pushing their alliances to the brink.

But as the war intensifies, betrayal strikes from within. Alex's closest ally turns out to be a traitor, a former friend who blames Alex for a tragic accident in their past. With the lines between friend and enemy blurred, Alex and Draco must navigate a world of shifting loyalties and shadowy threats.

As they liberate concentration camps, uncover horrifying Nazi experiments on dragons, and face devastating battles, Alex and Draco discover that dragons aren't just weapons-they are sentient beings with their own desires, loyalties, and pain. Together, man and dragon must find a way to trust each other and bring peace to a world teetering on the edge of chaos.

But the war is far from over. As Japan enters the conflict, the devastating attack on Pearl Harbor reveals a new danger-dragons in the Pacific. And within the shadows, a mysterious figure known only as The Shadow plots his next move.

With their bond unbreakable and the stakes higher than ever, Alex and Draco prepare for a fight that will test their loyalty, their courage, and the limits of human-dragon cooperation.
