Name of school stamped inside front boards. 'The very kind reception given to my Dramatic New Testament Books and the promptings of many friends have encouraged me to write a similar dramatic version of the Old Testament. The present book takes the Old Testament story as far as the death of Solomon, which seems to me to be a natural place to make a break.
