This copy of the third volume has a light brown leather spine and corners. gilt embossed lettering and decoration of the spine. Hinges and gutters have been reinforced ande professionally repaired, cloth interior gutters. Water spill marks on the lower corners and spine edges. Hand sewn head-bands. Hand-marbled paper for board centers and endpapers. Ex-library copy with catalogue mark at foot of spine, label center od front paste-down, small catalogue marks upper fep verso, bottom of title page. Upper title page also has property mark {very neat} dated 1796. Interior text has yellowed with age, spill marks at edges and very early foxing. The foxing is heaviest closest to the endpapers. 358 pages of text. Pocket inside on back paste-down, date label on back fep, small catalogue marks verso. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
