Well worn covers, tips bumped and with wear. Small tear top of spine, Gilt print on spine in decent readable condition. Ex-library with all the marks, no pocket. Former owners name fp top and under the name a rubbed out remark. Small note on back side of first page, with opposite leaf having a 1 1/2" tear. Lots of foxing inside, occasional pen mark by former owner, noted on only two leafas. Nice illustrations with tissue for all. The text is tight no missing leafs, 522pp, 1839 copyright date.
