Each volume includes selections from Shakespeare?s plays arranged across comedies, tragedies, and histories. Volume I opens with Johnson?s Preface; Volume IX includes a glossary. The set is bound in leather with marbled boards and retains marbled endpapers. Format: (12mo), 4.75 x 3 inches. Condition is Good. Boards show rubbing; spines are worn with cracking to hinges.
