Phe Johnson has been working as an illustrator since 2019. Her illustration style is heavily inspired by '90s/early '00s nostalgia, and the illustration and design styles she connected with growing up. The inspiration for her drawings comes from the appreciation of the small moments of joy that help relieve the stresses of everyday life, using a combination of bright colours, simplified and abstracted shapes, and positive quotes.
