The Dread Lions of Rufiji (Sons of the Serengeti)

Four apprentice filmmakers. Two starving brothers. A village under attack—and a no-holds-barred fight for survival.

The Dread Lions of Rufiji is the heart-stopping first book in the Sons of the Serengeti series—a gripping, action-packed survival story set in the raw and unforgiving African wilderness, perfect for fans of Gary Paulsen's Hatchet, Alex Rider, Wilbur Smith's Prey Zone, Robert Muchamore's Robin Hood, Henderson's Boys & Cherub.

From the sweeping grasslands of the Serengeti to the dense, treacherous riverbanks of the Rufiji, this adventure delivers relentless tension, authentic African wildlife detail—delving deeper into the reality and difficulty of predator conservation—and deeply human characters you'll root for from the first page to the last.
