You Are the Dream of the Universe: Moving Towards the Inner Adult as a Further Step in the Evolution of Self-Awareness

This book can be called a missing link for everyone on the self-development path. The author, in a brilliant, simple and unique way connects all the areas of life, such as everyday living, spirituality, psychology and human behavior that became disconnected from each other, by the mind. She shows that everything is a part of the same whole, and nothing is inherently bad or unneeded. Only the lack of understanding makes it so.

The structures of consciousness described here explain clearly why the human mind still lives in the darkness of confusion and inability to take responsibility for the gift of life, and why it is passed from generation to generation. In the evolution of consciousness, humanity is now in the process of developing the Inner Adult, an inner structure that will take humanity to the next dimension of existence in harmony with the deeper Self, each other, nature and life; where lack, fear, fighting and aggression are obsolete.

In order to achieve this Inner Adult level of processing life, human consciousness needs to develop, strengthen or repair the Inner Parent structure. Without it there is no evolution of self-awareness and we stay stuck on the level of an impulsive animal whose main life purpose is to avoid death. The human self-aware mind is destined for much more and we are each individually responsible for this process.
