In Driving Your Self-Reflection, Christine shares how conversations in coaching create the possibility of learning how to be graceful with our vulnerability while moving creatively through life.

In conversational prose, Christine helps you:

• Learn the differences between therapy and coaching.
• Observe how what we experience in our lives turns into patterns that influence our present and future.
• Explore and reflect on the qualities of an effective advocate.
• Reflect on real-world case studies to understand common problems clients face, the concepts they learned, and how things changed as a result.

Reflection questions at the end of each chapter to help you identify qualities important to you in a coach and to help you pinpoint potential issues for discussion. Start your introspection process prior to working with a coach. Choose someone who comes prepared to help you with the challenge of interweaving results with relationships.
