About the Author
Daniel Mullowney is a Graduate of Concordia University and has also studied at Drummer's Collective Institute in New York. He as made live national television appearances on The Mike Bullard Show, Much Music, Musique Plus and CTV'S Canada AM. His versatility has led to work with pop/rock, funk, jazz, R&B artists, and has taken him to more than 120 countries worldwide. Most notably he has recorded and toured with Universal recording artist Merlin. Daniel's book/play-along "Drummer Wanted: A Reference Guide For Real-World Gigs" is published by Alfred. He has written for Modern Drummer magazine and has made appearances in Drum! Magazine and The Drum Channel. He teaches privately and at the Academy of Contemporary Music, and records and performs in London and around the UK.
