Mark Dunavan is a retiree who has been afforded sufficient free time to read extensively, ponder and process various issues while taking a daily trek on foot, and then forming opinions that ultimately are expressed in verbal and written form. He has resided near Madison, Wisconsin since 2010, but also spends significant time in the Center of the Universe - Ottawa, Illinois.
