Dutch is Beautiful tells the story of the fifty years of Dutch and Flemish Studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. About the Author
Annemarie Toebosch is the current director of Dutch and Flemish Studies at the University of Michigan. She studied linguistics at Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands and at the University of Michigan, and worked as a linguist before shifting her focus to Dutch Studies and decolonial theory.
Karla Vandersypen is a retired research librarian at the Special Collections Library, University of Michigan. One of the projects she completed was the cataloging of some 4,200 Dutch historical pamphlets (the "Knuttel Collection"), one of the jewels of the Library's Dutch holdings.
