Prof. David W K Yeung is Director of SRS Consortium for Advanced Study in Cooperative Dynamic Games at Shue Yan University and Co-director of Centre of Game Theory at Saint Petersburg State University. Yeung obtained his PhD in mathematical economics from York University. He studied in the Doctor of Sciences (Doktor Nauk – Continental European higher doctorate above PhD) program in applied mathematics at Saint Petersburg State University and was awarded the University's highest degree of Dr.h.c. for his outstanding contributions in differential games. He has held Faculty positions at Queen's University, University of Hong Kong, and National University of Singapore.
Yeung's main areas of research are game theory, optimization, operations research and stochastic processes, and he has published extensively in these areas. He serves as Managing Editor of
International Game Theory Review; Guest Editor of
Annals of Operations Research, Journal of the Operations Research Society of China, and
Computational and Applied Mathematics; Associate Editor of Dynamic Games & Applications and Associate Editor of
Operations Research Letters. He and Leon Petrosyan have coauthored the world's first books on

Prof. Leon A Petrosyan is Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematical Game Theory and Statistical Decisions; and Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics-Control Processes at St. Petersburg State University. Petrosyan obtained his PhD at Vilnius State University, Master's and Dr. of Sci. at St. Petersburg State University. In 2008, he was elected as President of the International Society of Dynamic Games (ISDG), and a foreign member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. He was also awarded the Issacs Award, the highest prize in dynamic games in 2014.
Petrosyan's main areas of research are theory of games, control theory, operations research, cooperative games, differential games and mathematical ecology, and he has published extensively in these areas. He serves as Editor of
International Game Theory Review, Game Theory and Applications; and Chief Editor of
Mathematical Game Theory and Applications, and of the
Viestnik Petrburgskogo Universiteta (Applied Mathematics, Control, Informatics). He and David Yeung have coauthored the world's first books on
