Synopsis
Dynamic Health offers some new ideas about the relationship between lifestyle and healthstyle. It presents you with an opportunity to gain a whole new outlook on how your personal health is affected by your private choices. It gives you practical tips on how to revitalize your life in ways that can lead to greater health, happiness, and success. Health and disease are different degrees of the same thing. Both originate from the same thing - physiological responses to stimuli. With predominately appropriate stimuli, you rest comfortably on the health side of the continuum. When most of the stimuli that spark physiological responses are inappropriate, you develop what we call "disease." By understanding that health and disease are effects of perfect internal responses, you will never again look at your physical condition as the luck of the draw.
About the Author
M. Ted Morter, Jr., M.A., D.C., has been a healthcare specialist for more than thirty years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University, a Master of Arts degree in Science Education from Ohio State University, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. He has also completed postgraduate studies at the American University, Washington, D.C. Through his education and research, he discovered that in order for the body to heal, the cause of the health problem had to be found and addressed. Therefore, he developed the Morter Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), which he has combined with nutritional concepts to develop the Morter HealthSystem, a comprehensive program designed to improve the health of mankind worldwide. Dr. Morter travels the world extensively teaching his technique in graduate level seminars to primary health care providers. Under his direction, doctors throughout the world have been trained in the use of the Morter B.E.S.T. Technique. In addition to his seminar teaching, Dr. Morter conducts monthly four-day HealthWeek programs, where patients and doctors from around the world attend for concentrated care and one-on-one counseling. Dr. Morter's research, practice, seminars, and lectures have provided him with the material for numerous journal articles, magazine articles, and six nationally published books: Dynamic Health, An Apple A Day?, Exercise or Diet, The Healing Field, Chiropractic Physiology, and Correlative Urinalysis.
