See photos for condition details. Hardcover, bluish green cloth boards with gilt text on spine. Exterior has a dampstain on the front board which is the main reason for the low condition grade. Rear board has a small crease in the cloth in the upper left corner area. The internal binding of the text pages is acceptable but hinges at both boards show cracks that were repaired at some point. There is also a thin line of webbing showing at page 112/113. Paper is toned due to age but text pages are clean. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings present. Some of the pages, such as the illustration index page show some very faint staining in the upper inside corners. This in no way affects the readability of the book in any way. Exterior spine states second edition.
