Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 2nd Edition, Limited Edition. Condition: VG+. 8vo. size., 239 pp. 2nd edition, revised and enlarged, limited to 500 copies. Finely textured semi-glossy green board covers with blindstamped title plate embossed in gold. Rough cut pages. There is some light wear on some edges and corners, very light wear on the join between the spine and back cover, a small dark spot on the front cover, and a slight spine lean. Also the spine gilt is somewhat faded, but otherwise the book is in good shape, the binding tight and the text bright and clean. Protected by a mylar cover.
