Boards have moderate scuffing and staining. Front board is warped with bubbling along the fore edge. Moderate damage to the edges of the text block with dust soiling on the top edge. Scuffing on both joints and on tail end of spine. At the center tail end of spine there is a dark smudge over the words "Med Register." Heavy splitting to front hinge; material of spine separating from text block; front fly leaf and free end paper are nearly detached. Inked inscriptions found on front end paper.
