Title continues ".III: An Award of King Charles the First, &c. Shewing that Personal Tithes are still due by the Law of the Land, and that there is a Necessity of Restoring, or Settling something else in lieu of them, for the Maintenance of the Clergy in the Cities and Larger Towns of this Kingdom." Another work is present, not referenced on the title page, titled "A Sermon Preach'd in the Cathedral-Church of Norwich, December the 3d, 1702. Being a Day Appointed for Publick Thanksgiving."
