Issued as Federal Security Agency U.S.Office of Education Bulletin 1944, No.2. iv+64, list of 'selected publications' of the Office of Education 'relating to negroes' inside back cover , 3 photos (I make it) in text; clean, tight, unmarked copy, bottom outer corner tip aa little rubbed and creased on covers, covers also clean and unworn bar a few faint marks to back, inevtably as it is white. Apparently scarce war-time official publication promoting race and ethnic relations by the great African-American educational pioneer (1894-1962). Apparently very scarce.
