The penetration and interaction of information and communication technologies in the teaching-learning process of the computer science subject in pre-university education is part of the object of study of the research. The approach of the research objective in developing a pedagogical strategy for the implementation of a virtual environment, which allows responding to the shortcomings in the teaching-learning process of the subject Computer Science, identified in the contents of the units 'Social networks' and 'Tele-training'. In the pedagogical strategy, actions are identified in the theoretical and practical order, to design and implement a virtual environment, which guarantees digital contents that serve as audiovisual support and a virtual space for the study and use of a tele-training platform (Moodle).
