Pp. 48(last colophon, verso blank)+[184](the facsimile, including a reproduction of the cover of the original notebook) index; cr. 8vo; qr. tan morocco, green papered boards; t.e.g.; together within matching green papered slipcase with printed paper title label; book label of David Levine, Sydney, on upper pastedowns; Provost and Fellows, Eton College, Eton, 1990. One of 600 copies thus bound (total edition 626). *Facsimile of a notebook, given to Edward Marsh by Lady Diana Manners in 1911, into which he asked 'all the poets I knew to copy out in it a poem apiece' [Introduction]. Poets include by Rupert Brooke, Robert Graves, Rudyard Kipling, Siegfried Sassoon, W. B. Yeats, a.o. Marsh published poems by many of the contributors to his 'Little Book' in his volumes of Georgian Poetry. The facsimile of the notebook cover features a watercolour painted by Lady Diana Manners, and on the reverse reproduces a postcard Marsh received from Siegfried Sassoon in 1918.
