Pamphlet ( 4 1/2" x 5 7/8"), stitched as issued. 24pp. Light green, printed paper wrappers. Signed and dated 1892 by the author on front wrapper along with underlining marks in ink. Small stamped name of previous owner on front wrapper. Dr. Thrasher uses 8 case studies to document the effect of nasal obstructions on the voices of singers. Not located in OCLC. One vertical crease mark but overall very good.
