Some edge wear to leather with scrapes at the front & back and small bits missing from the back. Split down right side of spine but front board still attached by the cords. Smaller splits down left side. Edge wear and corners worn. Text Block firm. Previous owner's name ofn ffep dated 1867. Also at top of Preface. No other inscriptions except for a small penciled marginal note on one page.
