About the Author: K.C. Wang is currently a Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Washington State University. He received a BSEE degree from National Taiwan University, in 1960 and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois in 1965. His academic interests are in Operating Systems, Distributed Systems and Parallel Computing.
