The EMDR Flip Chart: A Psychoeducational Tool to Help Clients Reprocess Traumatic Memories, Build Resiliency, and Activate the Brain’s Natural Healing Capacity

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful approach that helps clients break free from the wounds of their past and rebuild their lives. In The EMDR Flip Chart, you will find a variety of interactive tools to help you safely and effectively educate clients on this framework and build their capacity for trauma work.

Designed for EMDR-trained therapists, this resourcing guide includes targeted tools and strategies to support phases 1 and 2 while helping you build the client readiness needed to begin processing. Clients will learn how to:

• Build dual-awareness strategies
• Identify emotions, body sensations, and core beliefs associated with the target (VOC and SUD)
