65pp. Modern half calf and marbled boards, gilt leather label. Light soiling to titlepage, embossed library stamp. Text lightly toned. Very good. An early South Dakota printing of the state constitution, and probably the first issued at the new state capitol. The constitution was first printed in 1889, the year it was adopted.
