THE BOARDS ARE RUBBED AND FADED. THERE IS FOXING TO THE BOARDS ALONGSIDE SOME YELLOWED STAINS. THE CORNERS ARE SCUFFED AND VERY SLIGHTLY EXPOSED. THE SPINE IS HEAVILY RUBBED AND FADED. BOTH ENDS OF THE SPINE ARE SCUFFED AND EXPOSED. THE PAGE EDGES HAVE FOXING. THERE IS A SCUFFED TEAR TO THE FRONT INSIDE BOARD. THE SECOND PAGE HAS A SECTION CUT OUT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE WHICH IS MISSING. THERE IS HEAVY FOXING TO SOME PAGES. THERE ARE SPLITS TO THE BINDING BUT THE PAGES ARE ATTACHED. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
