Il fascicolo, con frontespizio proprio, è completo di tutte le 56 carte ma privo di tutte le mappe. E' interamente dedicato alla fabbricazione delle mappe e del mappamondo. E' presente solo l'incisione della sfera armillare e una tabella: Scala dei climi e paralleli. All'interno: Della descrittione del mondo in forma sferica, Del modo di fabricar la palla materiale per potervi segnar sopra i circoli e scrivere i nomi e l'altre cose che vi convengono, Del modo de segnar i circoli nella palla & scrivervi i nomi delle provincie e delle città con ogni giusta misura e intera perfettione, Del modo di far la descrittione del mondo in carta piana da potersi stampare e accomodar poi giustamente sopra il corpo tondo della palla materiale, Del modo di scrivere i nomi delle citta e delle provincie giustamente sopra la palla, Del modo d'intendere di misurare e d'adoperare le tavole di Tolomeo, Della carta da navicare del modo d'intenderla e d'adoperarla ecc.
