8vo, (196 mm), 160p. illustrated with letter samples. A good copy in original green hardback boards, gilt lettered. (Gill, Corey & Mackenzie Eric Gill a bibliography 21 note) A photo-lithograph facsimile reprint of the 1936 edition with the added introductory matter. Skelton's introduction was also set in Gill's Joanna typeface, but on this occasion filmset in Linotron 202 10 on 13pt. A previous [idiot] owner has cut the blurb from the front fold-in of the dustjacket and tipped it onto the front free endleaf.

We are located some 20 minutes drive from the M6, Junction 38 and therefore only a 20 mile detour from the main England-Scotland route. Appleby is a town well worth a visit, the coffee pot is always on though refreshment with ¿a little more authority' can be had if the Crown & Cushion in the town's market square is open!
