Published by Architectural Press, London for Exeter City Council in 1946, here is the 2nd impression hardback printing of EXTER PHOENIX: A Plan for Rebuilding by Thomas Sharp. Red cloth binding, gilt spine lettering and front cover decoration, 153 pages, colour plates, illustrations, several fold out colour maps/ plans in very good condition the book is in good condition with some staining to the cloth edges, light bumping to the boards and the name of a previous owner inked to the half title page. The dust jacket is fair to good with finger marking to the covers plus chipping tearing and rubbing to the edges.
