The present volume is a successor to the earlier one brought out by the authors in 1983. Teachers who have used the earlier book have made valuable observations and comments. Besides, the regular interaction of the authors with students in Experimental Psychology classes at B.A as well as M.A level has given useful insights to make Experimental Psychology classes purposeful, meaningful, and develop scientific temper among the students. This is possible, particularly in Experimental Psychology practical classes where the number of students in each batch is normally optimal for facilitating maximum interaction between teachers and students, and among students themselves. These interactions undoubtedly kindle intrinsic motivation to attend the practical classes, with all seriousness and help sharpen the students capabilities for solving problems. Ultimately, however the attraction of practical classes largely depends on the teacher. The teacher should take it as a challenge to get the best out of every individual student by infusing self-confidence and a mindset to look for new challenges.
