Hardcover marroon cloth covered boards on very good condition. Gilt device on cover and tiele on spine still bright. Square corners and spine with the tight, square binding. Two previous owner's penned names on first loose leaf. Aside from occasional, nearly invisible, light red underscoring of critical text consistent with the academic use of this nearly 60 year old volume, there are no other markings text and plates all clear and bright.
