(1925) Original printed wraps, minor edge wear, 34 pages, frontis, the author has penned a manuscript copyright notice on the verso of the front wrap. Eberstadt Modern Overlands 525, Howes W342, Mintz 494, The author was a little girl when her parents made the journey overland and eventually stopped near Sonora, California. She relates incidents involving Indians and tells about how Mark Twain once resided in her mothers boarding house. Last record of sale was Streeter in 1968.
