Collated complete.This work provides an account of the voyages and discoveries of some of the most famous English Voyagers; Sir Francis Drake, Thomas Cavendish and William Dampier. In a full calf prize binding from 'Archbishop Tenison's School' with their crest to the front. Externally very smart with fading to the spine and joints, slight marks to the boards, front joint starting to the head and rubbing to the raised bands, joints and to the head of the spine with closed tears to the leather to the tail. Prize label to the front pastedown with very minor offsetting to the extremities of the free endpapers. Internally firmly bound with lightly age toned pages and scattered spotting to the front and rear. Binder's signature to the front blank. Very Good. Seller Inventory # 887Z15
