At Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana, we are committed to caring for all people who need a hand up to get on their feet. We do so through programs that provide housing and assistance to veterans, mothers struggling with addiction, individuals returning from prison and families in need. We are more than a nonprofit. We are a ministry of service dedicated to helping those in need reach their full potential. When you visit one of our 100% non-profit thrift stores in central or northern Ohio, or shop in one of our online marketplaces, you are helping veterans, individuals and families rebuild their lives. The proceeds from your purchases and donated items support life-changing programs and make a difference in your community. Your previously loved clothing and household items can be donated to VOA Thrift! Shipping operations take place Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm EST with the exception of holidays. Weekend auctions that have been paid will ship out the following business day. Shipping by the provided methods are picked up daily from our facility.
