WorldCat identifies this as 1789, and finds only one copy (Yale). Evidently scarce. I cannot find out anything about Ms. Bullman though she had written several medical texts. WorldCat also calls for a frontis portrait, which is missing from this copy. Provenance: Library of Congress, with their stamp on the title page.
