She has been a contributor to Threads magazine and is the author of Easy Guide to Sewing Jackets published in the fall of 1995. Cecelia has a Master's Degree in Clothing, Textiles, and Merchandising, and lectures part-time at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, on Comparative Clothing Construction and Apparel Design.
