Beyond usual shelfwear (rubbing, bumping, slight sun bleaching), rear dust jacket shows 1/2 inch closed tears at crown and foot + lingering traces of circular food spoilage. Book club edition. Still, the interiors are otherwise unsullied with strong bindings and relatively bright pages. Good plus? See photos.

These volumes represent the cream of my aunt's voluminous collection, which includes signed first editions from a friend's defunct Lincoln City store, antiquarian tomes a Reed professor bequeathed decades ago, and the art & design section of downtown Portland's long-lamented NorWester Bookshop. Given spatial constraints, I've little choice but to liquidate the inventory she spent a lifetime accumulating, but my dilemma opens opportunities for the right consumer.
