Since moving to the Southwest., she has become an active proponent ofxeriscape design. She also creates handmade gift cards and children's art/story books.
Christy Parry has worked for Technica Pacifica for over eight years as assistant manager, has written two courses for DHC's Japanese-to-English Technical Writing mini-course series, and has edited and proofread several others. In addition to teaching complex aspects of English grammar to Japanese students, she has worked as an English tutor for native English speakers at the local community college. She is a licensed insurance agent in the state of Utah and has extensive experience in writing and editing business documents.
Jeff Richards has worked as a newspaper journalist and photographer for the past fourteen years. A former junior high school English teacher, he has been a technical writer atTechnica Pacifica in Moab since 1997. He is a graduate of the University of Utah (BA, English) and of Utah State University (BS, secondary education).
Jacci Weller has a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles in fine art (drawing and painting) and an MA from California State University at Long Beach in fine art (sculpture). Before she started working at Technica Pacifica in 1994, she worked as a public muralist in Los Angeles and taught design and drawing at Lane Community College in Oregon. In addition to working at Technica Pacifica, she continues her work as a studio artist.
