About the Author
Dr Rosy Daniel is an internationally renowned holistic cancer consultant and the author of several books on the subject. Between 1985 and 1999 she was Medical Director of the Bristol Cancer Help Centre, and now teaches and broadcasts nationally and internationally on the holistic treatment and prevention of cancer, including cancer nutrition. She now works freelance as a Holistic Cancer Consultant in the Oncology Department of the Harley Street Clinic, London.
Jane Sen is chef at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre and has gained extensive knowledge of the power of nutrients to combat illness from her close collaboration with the Centre’s medical staff.
