After more than 25 years of working with people to improve their health, I have found that optimal health is not common sense anymore. And the proof of this conclusion can be found in any public place in America, within your own family, or any other organization of the general population.

Every year in America, we have more obesity, more chronic illness, and more pain. Therefore, more drugs are prescribed and more surgeries are performed than in the previous year. However, our health as a nation continues to decline.
In an effort to reverse this trend and to provide the information and understanding necessary to obtain optimal health, my wife, Rhonda, and I have chosen to write this book.
