This is not just a book for the person desiring weight loss, this is terrific handbook for professional nutritionists and weight loss consultants to use with their clients. It offers a step-by-step approach to living and eating in the real world." ~ Susan Hargrove, RD If you've spent a good portion of your life restricting yourself from eating the foods you love in attempt to lose weight to only find yourself heavier than ever, then this book is for you. Just like one-size-fits-all diets don't work, neither do one-size-fits-all diet books. Eat Like a Normal Person: Your Guide to Real World Solutions for Healthy Living is created for the person who is ready to put an end to chronic dieting. This book does not tell you how to eat, rather it guides you on how to make sustainable changes through ten critical chapters. You will use your Three Keys: health, lifestyle challenges and food preferences to help you assess why you are struggling to meet your goals and use that information to create a plan for sustainable success.

About the Author
After obsessing all through Europe over how fat she'd become and how uncomfortable she felt in every article of clothing she put on, Erin realized it was time to put an end to this battle once and for all. She returned home and quickly sought the advice of a nutrition professional spending $30 week for nearly two years (a lot of money for a newly college grad in 1991) shedding the 60 pounds she had slowly put on her 5'3" frame. Vowing to never gain it back was not enough to convince Erin that this was the last time. Instead she committed herself to a lifestyle of healthy living by committing herself to others with similar struggles. Erin received a Masters in Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University, became a Registered Dietitian and most recently a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has spent 20+ years helping others achieve sustainable weight loss by identifying the role their Three Keys; health, lifestyle challenges and food preferences play in their struggle to get healthy. Her mission is to provide real world solutions for healthy living so you can break free from restricted eating and live in a world where you can eat by choice.
