Simon B. Frost, AALPA, BDS, LDS, RCS (England), Member of the Clinical Foundation of Orthopaedics and Orthodontics (USA), is a retired dentist and RYA Yachtmaster. He lives in the beautiful Mediterranean region of southern Spain and is the author of From Dyslexia and Diabetes to Sailing the Beyond, in which he told his life story and how it is possible to overcome the hindrances of diabetes and live a full, active life.
