Eating From the Hand of God

What if your next step toward healing isn’t a new diet — but a deeper surrender?

Eating from the Hand of God is a faith-based approach to lasting health, sustainable weight loss, and spiritual renewal — grounded in Biblical truth, not worldly diet trends.

Written by Dr. Oluchi Immanuel, a board-certified internal medicine and obesity medicine physician, this powerful book guides Christian women to break free from shame, food obsession, and yo-yo dieting, and reconnect with God’s design for their health.

In these pages, you’ll learn how to:

✔ Nourish your body as a sacred temple — without guilt or restriction

✔ Break the cycle of emotional eating and self-condemnation

✔ Align your daily habits with the wisdom of Scripture

✔ Embrace health as a form of discipleship, not punishment

✔ Cultivate peace with food, your body, and your Creator

This isn’t just a book about what to eat — it’s an invitation to walk in freedom, healing, and divine alignment.

Perfect for:

• Christian women who are tired of dieting and want something deeper

• Bible study or women’s ministry groups

• Readers seeking a spiritual lens on physical health

You don’t need another wellness trend. You need God’s wisdom.

Come and learn how to eat from the Hand of God — and experience health that lasts.
